Scope

These terms apply to every booking made directly through this website.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when Grand Host GmbH confirms your booking.

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs. The binding price is the one shown in the booking area once you have chosen your dates.

• Service and final cleaning fee, first set of linen included: CHF 220 per stay.
• From the 3rd guest: CHF 20 per night and person.
• Tourist tax: CHF 4 per person and night. For children under 16 it is adjusted on your invoice.

House rules

Arrival from 16.00, departure by 10.30. Non-smoking apartments. No parties. Quiet hours from 22.00 to 07.00. Pets are welcome.

• The fee is CHF 99 per stay and must be declared when booking.

Cancellation

The following cancellation terms apply to direct bookings on this website. The terms stated in your booking confirmation always prevail. If you have questions before booking, write to info@grandhost.ch.

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
• Between 13 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booking amount.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies.
