When you write to us through a form, your details are sent to info@grandhost.ch and handled there. We use them solely to answer your enquiry.

Booking

The booking area and the availability calendar are operated by Smoobu (Smoobu GmbH, Berlin). As soon as you open an apartment page, these elements load content from login.smoobu.com and booking.smoobu.com, as well as resources from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and static.cloudflareinsights.com. Your IP address is transmitted to these providers in the process. The Cloudflare service measures the performance of the booking area; it is embedded by Smoobu and not by us, and we have no access to that data. These elements are necessary for booking and are loaded only on the apartment pages. On the other pages, no third party service is loaded apart from the audience measurement described below.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Technical connection data is logged when the site is accessed.

Fonts

All fonts are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts.

Cookies

This website measures its audience with Google Analytics. The cookies it needs are loaded only after you have agreed on the consent banner. If you decline or do not answer, not a single request is sent to Google. The recipient of that data is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Your decision itself is stored under the key grandhost-consentement-v2 in your browser. This entry contains neither an identifier nor personal data and is necessary for your choice to work. You can change your decision at any time through the Cookies entry in the footer.
